(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’)
and
- Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.fibra-mat.com,
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Buyer’).
1. Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the contractual relationship between Fibra Mat and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the commercial website www.fibra-mat.com.
The purchase of goods via this website implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly approved by Fibra Mat.
Fibra Mat reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable terms and conditions shall be those in force at the time of the purchase.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed in the catalogue published on the Fibra Mat website.
These products are offered while stocks last.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product sold. They are provided for illustrative purposes only; the actual appearance of the product may vary slightly depending on the characteristics of your screen and computer equipment.
The Buyer is invited to refer to the description of each product on the website to find out its characteristics and, in case of doubt or if additional information is required, to contact customer service at the following email address: contact@fibra-mat.com.
The products marketed on the website and sold through it must be used in a safe environment. Fibra Mat cannot be held liable for any misuse of the products.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
3. Ordering
Orders can only be placed on the website www.fibra-mat.com.
On each product page, the Buyer can add products to their basket, subject to availability, by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button.
The Buyer is then asked to enter their personal details and delivery information; any incorrect information may result in a delay in the order or even its cancellation.
After checking the order summary and before confirming the order, the Buyer indicates that they have read and accepted these GTC by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
Once payment has been made, Fibra Mat acknowledges receipt of the order and sends a confirmation email summarising the order and containing a reference number to the Buyer. To this end, the Buyer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by Fibra Mat of the content of their order.
In accordance with Article L221-13 of the Consumer Code, acknowledgement of receipt constitutes confirmation of the contract, including all the information provided for in Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code.
Fibra Mat reserves the right to withdraw any product displayed on the website at any time and to replace or modify any content or information appearing on the website. Despite Fibra Mat's best efforts to satisfy the requirements of its Buyers, it may be necessary for Fibra Mat to refuse to process an order after sending the Buyer a confirmation email summarising the order.
Fibra Mat also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order from a Customer with whom it has an ongoing dispute over payment for a previous order, who has acted in breach of these GTC, or in the event of objective suspicion of fraud.
If they wish, the Buyer may create an account on the website www.fibra-mat.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. Each time they visit the website, whether they wish to place an order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.), the Buyer must log in using their personal information.
4. Prices
The sale prices of products are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT applicable on the date of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services.

Customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Fibra Mat reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
5. Payment

In all cases, the Seller reserves the right to verify the validity of the payment, by any means deemed necessary, before shipping the order.
Online payments can be made by credit card or via an electronic wallet such as PayPal.

Payment is made directly on the Seller's secure banking servers; none of the Buyer's banking details are transmitted via the Website. The information transmitted during payment is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, guaranteeing its confidentiality and preventing any unauthorised access.
The order is registered and validated once payment has been accepted by the bank.
The Buyer's bank account is debited only after (i) verification of the card details used and (ii) confirmation of the debit authorisation by the issuing bank.
Any refusal of payment will result in the immediate cancellation of the order.
Payment may be refused in the event of an expired card, exceeding the authorised limit or incorrect information.
Payment via electronic wallet (such as PayPal)
If the Buyer has an account on a payment platform accepted by the Seller, they may use it to pay for their order securely, without having to provide their bank details.
The order will only be considered final once the transaction has been validated by the secure payment centre.
As part of its verification procedures, the Seller may ask the Buyer to provide the necessary supporting documents to validate their order. These documents will only be used for this purpose.
