Before first use, and after each use, clean your Fibra Mat with a soft sponge and soapy water.

Rinse thoroughly, shake gently to remove excess water, then let it air dry, lying flat on a clean surface.

Instructions for use

  1. Preheat your oven to the desired temperature.
  2. Place the mat on a perforated baking sheet or baking rack. No greasing is necessary.
  3. Place or pour your mixture directly onto the mat.
  4. Place the tray in the oven, making sure that the mat never touches the walls or heating elements of the oven.

For optimal performance: always use a plate or grid whose dimensions match those of the mat. If needed, we offer custom sizes .

Storage

  • Never fold your rug.
  • Store it flat or rolled up carefully .
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on a rolled-up mat to preserve its shape and non-stick properties.

Best practices for extended lifespan

  • Do not use any sharp or abrasive utensils : knives, cutters, scrapers, wire brushes…
  • Never use a cut, damaged or torn rug.
  • Avoid all direct contact with a heat source : flame, heating element, grill, hot plate.
  • Do not use an abrasive sponge when cleaning.

The mat should not be used on the barbecue .

Yes. Some highly pigmented recipes (caramel, tomato, spices, curry, etc.) may cause slight discoloration. This does not affect the non-stick properties or the performance of the mat. A quick clean after use can reduce this discoloration.
